The Hoppe's Bore Light is a useful tool for clear visual inspection under any ambient lighting conditions. It illuminates the bore fully, so nicks, scratches, pits, and fouling can be seen easily, making it a valuable tool to take along if you're purchasing a used firearm. The Bore Light is also good for conducting a safety check of the chamber and for lighting up other hard-to-see areas. It uses two AAA batteries (Not included).
